Code of Conduct of Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC is designed to uphold fairness and accountability by ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and legal requirements. This includes areas such as anti-bribery, anti-corruption and ethical approaches to conflicts of interest. Our commitment is maintaining 100% compliance in our hotel operates or has business relationships with vendors and guests. To enforce strict adherence to these legal requirements, we have implemented a Whistleblower Policy that applies to all employees, vendors and partners in our value chain. This policy provides them with a secure means to report concerns related to corruption and bribery without fear of reprisal. Instances of gross misconduct are treated with the utmost seriousness, in accordance with our Company policies and applicable laws. Unique Hotel and Resorts Limited Code of Conduct provides a broad guidance on ethical standards and business conduct. All the persons joining the Company must have to receive, read and understand the guidelines of Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
